BOOKING POLICY

To maintain fair access, quality of experience, and safety for all guests, Ace Golf Bar and Lounge enforces the following limits on bookings:

Regular Bookings
Regular bookings are designed for a single-bay play experience and may include up to two General Bays per group, with a total group size of no more than 12 players; or a single VIP Bay booking, which allows a maximum of 8 players at a time and 20 guests total. Guests are responsible for meeting any minimum booking requirements, such as applicable food and beverage minimums, where they apply. Regular bookings are those made through our Your Golf Booking platform, accessible via web addresses beginning with

Event Bookings
Reservations that exceed the maximums of a regular booking — such as those requiring three or more bays — are classified as Event Bookings and are subject to Event Booking rates, which include a distinct pricing and service model. Event bookings are made through our Event Inquiry Form, accessible via web addresses beginning with https://www.acegolfbar.ca/.

Booking Integrity
Guests are not permitted to create multiple bookings under separate names, accounts, or email addresses in order to circumvent booking limits. Any such reservations may be cancelled without notice or refund at the sole discretion of Ace Golf Bar and Lounge. If the number of guests who arrive exceeds the guest count stated on the reservation, the group will be considered in breach of our Terms of Service. This policy exists to ensure proper staffing, service preparation, and safety. Groups that exceed their confirmed guest count may be denied service or asked to leave the premises at our discretion, without refund.

Discretionary Enforcement
Ace Golf Bar and Lounge reserves the right to deny, cancel, or modify any booking that violates these limitations or otherwise interferes with the operation of our facility.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular bookings may be cancelled, at no charge, via our booking website, email, or phone call 48 hours prior to the start of the booking (“Cancellation Period”). Once the Cancellation Period has completed, the reservation is final and no modifications or changes are allowed. Refunds or credit, if applicable, will be issued at the sole discretion of Ace Golf Bar and Lounge.

No-Show Policy: Regular bookings are held for a 15-minute grace period. If no notice is given via phone or email, the reservation will be canceled without refund. This policy is strictly enforced during peak hours. Refunds are not provided for missed bookings, including those due to errors in selecting the date or time. We may offer credit for future use. This credit is discretionary and will not be extended in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff.

DAMAGE TO FACILITY

Ace Golf Bar and Lounge reserves the right to charge for damages to the facility, property, or equipment caused by guests, especially if due to malicious intention. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to golf simulators, golf club rentals, furniture, or structural components. Guests are responsible for their actions and the actions of their party.

CODE OF CONDUCT

In addition to the above prohibited conduct, you agree to abide by the Ace Golf Safety Rules posted throughout Ace Golf Bar and the Code of Conduct below. At all times when attending Ace Golf Bar or interacting with Ace Golf staff members, you will not, as determined solely in our discretion:

• Fail to follow the instructions of Ace Golf staff members.

• Harass, threaten, stalk, disrupt, or defraud any person, including Ace Golf staff members and other guests.

• Loiter or behave in a manner that is harmful, intrusive, inappropriate, or otherwise disruptive to any person’s enjoyment of Ace Golf Bar or our services.

• Discriminate against or make comments about any person based on race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, family status, or disability.

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Possess or consume drugs, controlled substances, or outside food, beverage, or alcohol.

• Smoke or vape indoors.

• Damage or destroy any property.

Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the venue without refund, at our discretion. We reserve the right to inspect your bags (including backpacks) and remove, or refuse entry to, you from Ace Golf Bar, without refund or compensation.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Province of Ontario and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Toronto, Ontario.
