THE BASICS

What are your business hours?
Tue-Fri : 10AM - Close | Sat-Sun : 9AM - Close | Mon : Closed | NOTE: Kitchen opens at 4PM
Do I need a reservation to golf?
For our Trackman bays, you can make a reservation ahead of time or simply walk-in. Either way, you're welcome! We suggest giving us a call before a walk-in.
Do I need a reservation for dinner?
Feel free to drop by for food or drinks anytime—no reservation required! For large groups or private bookings, please contact events@acegolfbar.ca
Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?
If you have your own set of clubs, feel free to bring them along! If not, no worries—we provide complimentary club sets upon arrival (limited to one set per bay). IMPORTANT: Please ensure all personal golf equipment is thoroughly cleaned of mud, dirt, sand, and grass before use in our facility to prevent potential damage to the turf and screens.
Is there a dress code? Do I need golf shoes?
Dress comfortably for your visit! We maintain a casual and enjoyable atmosphere where golf attire is optional. Sneakers are perfectly suitable; however, we advise against shoes with slippery soles to ensure safe movement on the turf. Please note that heels are not permitted on the turf.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings may be cancelled, at no charge, via our booking website, email, or phone call 48 hours prior to the start of the booking (“Cancellation Period”). Once the Cancellation Period has completed, the reservation is final and no modifications or changes are allowed. Refunds or credit, if applicable, will be issued at the sole discretion of Ace Golf Bar and Lounge.
What happens if I'm late or don't show up for my reservation?
Reservations are held for a 15-minute grace period. If no notice is given via phone or email, the reservation will be canceled without refund. This policy is strictly enforced during peak hours. Refunds are not provided for missed bookings, including those due to errors in selecting the date or time. We may offer credit for future use. This credit is discretionary and will not be extended in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.
Do you charge per person for the bays?
We do not! The booking fee covers all guests - however, please note that we do charge a service fee of 18% for groups of 6 or more

ON-PEAK & OFF-PEAK

What are your on-peak and off-peak hours?
Our off-peak hours are on Tuesday-Friday from open till 5pm, and on Sundays from 8pm till closing. On-peak hours are during the weekday evenings after 5pm, all day Saturday, and Sundays before 8pm.
What's the price difference between on-peak and off-peak rates?
There's a $10 increase from off-peak to on-peak hours. During off-peak, our general bays are $35/hr and the private bay is $45/hr. During on-peak, our general bays are $45/hr and the private bay is $55/hr.

FOOD

What are the food and drink options?
We've partnered with De Mello Coffee Roasters for top-quality coffee. For lunch, enjoy our homemade bánh mì (limited supply). In the evening, savor chef-curated Asian tapas paired with expertly crafted cocktails. (Menu subject to change.)

PARKING

What is the parking situation?
There is street parking available on Pape Avenue and Eastern Avenue. Please be considerate of our neighbors and utilize the paid parking lot located in front of Six Studio, next to the Subaru dealership at 65 Heward Ave, Toronto (max $10 per day).

GIFT CARDS

Do you sell gift cards?
Yep! You can purchase gift cards through our online book system. Click "Book Now" at the top of the page. You'll see a button on the webpage labeled "Gift Cards and Top Ups." From there, you will be able to add a gift card to your cart and purchase.
Can the gift card be used for food and beverages?
Gift cards can only be redeemed for golf time, not food or beverages.
Can I purchase gift cards in person at your location?
Unfortunately, gift cards can't be purchased in person at Ace Golf Bar. They are available exclusively through our online booking software, YourGolfBooking.com
Do you have a physical version of the gift card?
Our gift cards are exclusively e-gift cards, as we currently do not offer physical gift cards.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Absolutely! As long as the recipient has an account set up in our online booking system, you can easily send them the e-gift card.
