What are the benefits of becoming a member?
One free, reserved hour of golf play daily during Member Hours (Tues-Fri from open to 5 PM). After your first reserved hour, unlimited free play during Member Hours based on availability. Plus, a free annual 15-minute swing evaluation with select coaches!
Are there any additional discounts?
Members enjoy 25% off all additional golf bay bookings and exclusive coaching discounts. Food and beverage discounts are not included at the moment.
How does the free swing evaluation work?
Contact one of the participating coaches to schedule your annual swing evaluation. Ask our team for a list of participating coaches!
Membership Details
How much does the membership cost?
The monthly membership fee is $288 plus HST.
Do I need to commit to a long-term membership?
No, memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime.
Can I pause my membership?
At this time, we do not offer membership pauses/freezes. You are able to cancel and restart your membership anytime.
Reservations and Availability
How do I book my reserved hour of play?
Log in to your account on YGB (YourGolfBooking.com) and select your reserved hour during Member Hours.
How far in advance can I book?
Reservations are subject to our standard booking policy. You are able to book up to two weeks in advance.
Can I book multiple bays at a time during Member Hours?
No, you may only book one bay at a time.
Is there a way to check availability before showing up for unlimited play?
Please feel free to give us a call, we’ll be able to help!
What happens if I walk in and all of the bays are full?
We encourage all members to call ahead for walk-ins to ensure availability. In the event that all bays are occupied and there are other members playing, you may be grouped with other members in a bay during unlimited free play, as determined in our sole discretion.
Guest Policy
Can I bring other players during my reserved hour?
Yes, you can bring up to 5 guests during your reserved hour, and they can play for free.
Are other players allowed for unlimited free play?
No, the unlimited free play benefit is exclusive to members only. After the first reserved member hour, if you would like to continue golfing with your guests, you will be subject to the standard booking fee. Members can apply their 25% discount to this additional golf time.
Payments and Billing
How do I pay for the membership?
A valid credit card is required, and the fee is charged automatically each month through your account on YGB (YourGolfBooking.com).
Are refunds available if I don’t use my membership?
Membership fees are non-refundable.
How do I update my payment information?
Log in to your YGB account, click your name in the top-right corner, and update your information under the "Memberships" tab.
Policies and Conduct
Are there any rules I need to follow?
Members must follow the Ace Golf Bar Code of Conduct and Safety Rules, prominently displayed in every bay.
Can memberships be shared or transferred?
No, memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may be asked to verify your ID and membership status upon arrival.
